Restaurant Manager

We are is search of a leading restaurant manager to head up a new 200 seater restaurant in the Franschhoek Valley, on a leading wine farm with a spectacular cellar. The successful candidate will work with a team of sommeliers and over 50 servers. This position is a dream come true for an ambitious, young & energetic manager. Experience in high end restaurants and sound knowledge of fine, luxury dining are a must. The ideal candidate is someone who is an expert with service and is very knowledgeable about wine.
