Group Chef - The Chefs Connection

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Group Chef for a boutique restaurant group in the Eastern Cape.

We are looking for someone with a long term commitment to the role who will grow and work with us to make this the best restaurant to visit.

Overall responsibility from breakfast to an all-day dining menu (incl. night-time concept menus).

You will be expected to:
– Manage all of the kitchen staff
– Work within agreed target budgets
– Maintain the highest levels of food hygiene
– Ensure the kitchen produces the most wonderful food in a timely fashion.
