A luxurious private chateau outside of Paris is looking for a Sous-Chef to join our young and dynamic kitchen team.
We seek an open-minded Sous Chef that will take initiative, dares to take a risk while managing a team.

Our requirements are:
– At least 5 years experience
– Expertise and Qualification
– French cuisine expertise (other cultures are highly desirable)
– Fluent in French (other languages are desirable)
– Organisation skills
– Detail oriented
– Adheres to high hygiene standards
– Creativity, Kindness & Transparency
– Commitment to goals and our culture.
